Essential Requirements, Job Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server OS, Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, IIS, SQL operation and troubleshooting with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and Office applications.
• Ensure Windows servers and Microsoft applications are operating optimally, are backed up, are current on security updates/patches, and are properly configured.
• Responsible for ongoing monitoring and maintenance of all servers in the client’s environment.
• Support end users on complex technical issues including problems related to application, client
  computers and servers.
• Maintain server security and integrity.
• Manage all Windows and Linux servers including hardware/software upgrades and patching of OS and applications.
• Design, build, test, and implement server solutions in both physical and virtual environments.
• Create and maintain documentation of environment and application configuration.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of Technology for clients growing department/operations.
• Comply with and help enforce standard operating policies and procedures.
• Creative thinker, able to think outside of the box to resolve issues and provide solutions to clients.

Certificates/Licenses:

• IT certifications are helpful but not required, depending on experience.
• MCSE
• CCNA

Knowledge/Skill/Abilities:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Windows servers 2008-2019 in an enterprise environment. IIS,
  SQL, Windows 7,10, and MS Office.
• Extensive experience administering Microsoft AD, Exchange, Remote Desktop Gateway, VMWare, etc.
• Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL, TLS.
• Working knowledge of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, Juniper, etc.), a plus.
• Working knowledge and troubleshooting of VMWare, and other virtualization technology.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for the client.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task between several clients and projects, meet deadlines and time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Reasoning Ability:

• Exercise sound business judgement when making decisions and adheres to clients and Netgressive policies and regulations.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking related to IT development, implementation, and problem resolution.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk.
• Requires availability after hours and weekend work, 24/7 work environment.
• Required to stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Equipment Required:

• Requires a working vehicle in good condition with current insurance and a clean driving record.
